For a bathtub:
Place the bath tea in warm water and allow it to steep as you prepare your bath.

For a bucket bath:
Place the bath tea in a bucket of comfortably hot water and let the botanicals infuse before bathing.

For a shower:
Tie the bath tea securely to the shower head or place it where it can gently come into contact with the flowing water. The warm water and steam help release its natural aroma.
