- We ship via trusted courier partners across India.
- Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- In rare cases (remote areas, natural delays), delivery may take a little longer.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Address
- Please ensure you provide the correct and complete shipping address during checkout.
- We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
- While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays can happen.

Damaged or Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please email us at customer_support@infuzy.in within 48 hours of receiving the order along with photos, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
