At Infuzy, your satisfaction is our priority!
Because of the nature of our bath tea products (personal care items), we follow strict hygiene standards.

Returns:

  • We currently do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged or wrong items after review.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours.

Important Notes:

  • We do not offer refunds for personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or minor packaging variations.
